Other weeks, I forget what day it is and call it “creative flow.” Living with ADHD, bipolar disorder, and a very opinionated nervous system means I’ve had to redefine what consistency actually looks like — and learn to build routines that bend with me, not break me. This is about how I stopped trying to get it perfect and started learning to try anyway.

More honesty, more connection, more room to create. This post is the start of that shift. It’s not perfect. It’s just me, finally choosing to begin.
