Hello Friend
Glad you’re here!
HARVEST LOOM
was founded on a mission to:
Inspire others to rekindle their imagination, embrace uncertainty as fertile ground, and explore the full potential of their creative mind.
Empower people to nurture their mental health through connection with nature, mindful self-expression, and the courage to be vulnerable.
Hold space through honest storytelling and raw creativity—sharing my own struggles, small victories, and the ongoing journey toward balance and self-sustainability.
I use recycled materials whenever possible. Practicing environmental sustainability is a core tenet of this project.
“The richness I achieve comes from nature, the source of my inspiration."
- Claude Monet
See what I’ve been creating:
“As we let our own light shine, we subconsciously give other people the permission to do the same.”
- Marianne Williamson
Hi, I’m Frankie — a Colorado native shaped by deep breaths, fresh veggies, honest work, and the quiet strength of kindness. I’m drawn to simple living, creative expression, and the kind of beauty that grows from sustainability and cross-cultural understanding.
Nature is where I feel most grounded — whether I’m tending bees, spending time with animals, or creating with my hands. This site reflects those roots: a space for sharing art, exploring nature-inspired living, and speaking openly about mental health and mindful self-care.
In 2020, I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, ADHD, and chronic depression — finally giving shape to what I had carried silently for decades. That clarity marked a turning point. Alongside medication, healing came through small daily practices: being outside, journaling, reading, and letting art help me process and reconnect with myself.
Weaving, especially with reclaimed and sustainable fibers, became both a meditative ritual and a creative revival. It helped me rediscover the artist within and gave purpose to materials otherwise forgotten.
What began as a personal journey slowly wove itself into Harvest Loom — a space to honor healing, sustainability, and handmade beauty.
